TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of electronic services for the Vesteri website and platform · Version 1.2 · Effective from: 28 October 2026 (issued pursuant to Art. 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means)
1. Service provider
The service provider is Time2Show, Inc. (Delaware, USA), 1111B S Governors Ave STE 20579, Dover, DE 19904, USA, providing services under the Vesteri brand. Contact: contact@vesteri.com, tel. +48 667 953 016.
2. Types and scope of services
Vesteri encompasses the following areas:
- The vesteri.com website — information about Vesteri, property guides and materials, and contact options for buyers, sellers and agents.
- Vesteri Market and the Vesteri system — property listings, user accounts, agents’ LIVE presentations and webinars, and enquiries to agents at vesteri.estalara.com. These services are governed by the separate Vesteri Platform Terms.
- Vesteri Collective and Vesteri Channels — membership of a community of independent agents, manually sent invitations after agent account registration on Vesteri Market, communication and knowledge sharing. The Vesteri Collective Rules set out the full terms. Verification for publishing listings is separate from community access. Transaction cooperation and its terms depend on agents’ voluntary agreements.
- Selected projects in the Vesteri portfolio — materials about international developments, an AI assistant answering project questions, webinars with developers and, on request, contacts to independent law firms. Preference analysis, scoring, sharing data with a developer and marketing invitations require the relevant separate consents described in the Privacy Policy. This scope does not automatically apply to every Vesteri Market listing or Channels participation.
Website use, account creation, membership and standard listing publication are free; publishing listings requires account approval. Additional tools are subject to the price list in the agent account and the applicable Platform terms. Vesteri’s cooperation with developers is governed by separate B2B agreements. The relevant documents linked above take precedence for the Platform, membership and Channels.
3. Nature of Vesteri's services
Vesteri provides information, marketing, and technology services. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice; we are not a party to any property purchase agreement; you make your investment decision yourself, after your own verification (see "Disclaimers"). The law firms whose contacts we share are independent from us and are liable to you under their own engagements.
For selected international developments in the Vesteri portfolio we act on behalf of the developer (the selling side) to the extent stated in the listing card; we do not provide brokerage services to the buyer.
4. Technical requirements
A device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, an email account; for webinars — a connection supporting audio-video streaming. We do not guarantee operation on outdated browsers.
5. Conclusion and termination of the service agreement
The agreement for electronic services is concluded when you start using the website (information services) or when you register for a webinar (webinar services), and lasts for the time of use. You may stop using the services at any time and request deletion of your data (privacy@vesteri.com). Free website use and participation in a free event do not create an obligation to pay. The documents in section 2 govern commencement and termination of membership, Channels access and Platform services. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.
6. Rules for Vesteri portfolio webinars
- Before joining you will receive information about the webinar mode (including any recording) and — separately — requests for optional consents. Participation is possible without the optional consents.
- During the webinar, behave lawfully and with respect for others. It is prohibited to provide unlawful, offensive, or third-party-infringing content, or advertising of third parties.
- The moderator may mute or remove a participant who breaches the rules.
- Developer presentations express the developers' position; Vesteri does not guarantee their completeness and makes no representations on their behalf.
7. Intellectual property and user content
The website, the platform, and Vesteri materials are protected by law. Rights to property materials belong to their lawful owners, which may include agents, developers or other creators. The Collective Rules govern content posted in Channels. By asking questions or posting content in the chat, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it solely to provide the services (including — with your consent — handover to the developer). You remain the owner of your content.
8. Liability
We exercise due care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the services or any investment outcome. AI assistant answers and translations may contain errors. Towards consumers we are liable under the general rules of Polish law; nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
9. Complaints
Complaints: contact@vesteri.com or in writing to the address in section 1. Please include: a description of the issue, the date, and your contact details. We respond within 14 days. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including consumer ombudsmen and the Trade Inspection.
10. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy; cookies — by the Cookies Policy; information about AI systems — by the AI Notice.
11. Amendments and governing law
We will announce amendments to these Terms 14 days in advance on the website and by email (registered users). These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes with consumers are heard by the courts competent under general rules; the choice of law does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. Disputes with businesses are submitted to the common court competent for the Capital City of Warsaw.
In case of discrepancies, for consumers habitually resident in Poland the Polish version prevails.
