Disclaimers concerning the Vesteri website and services · Version 1.0

1. Nature of the services

Vesteri (Time2Show, Inc.) provides information, marketing, and technology services supporting independent investment decisions. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or valuation advice; we are not a party to any property purchase transaction and make no representations on behalf of developers.

2. Developer verification

We work with developers after carrying out verification covering in particular: corporate registration status, most recent financial statements, legal title to land and mortgage encumbrances, the building permit, conformity of completed developments with the building permit, delivery track record and references, as well as other available information. Verification raises the standard of cooperation, but is not a guarantee of a developer's financial condition, timely delivery, or investment outcome. Project information originates from the developers; verify it independently before any decision.

3. Independent law firms

We share law firm contacts only at your request. The firms are independent from us, act under their own engagements with you, and bear their own professional liability. Vesteri does not receive any referral remuneration from the law firms.

4. Vesteri's remuneration

The Vesteri model is financed by developers — depending on the agreement for a given project, remuneration may comprise campaign fees, fees for handed-over contacts, or a sales commission. We disclose this so you can take it into account when assessing the content presented. The scoring and the AI assistant operate on uniform, objective criteria independent of the remuneration received from any given developer.

5. Risk of foreign property investment

Property investments — in particular foreign ones — involve risk (legal, tax, currency, market, regulatory). The materials on the website are not an offer within the meaning of the law, nor a recommendation. Use an independent legal and tax adviser on the target market before making a decision.

6. AI content and translations

AI assistant answers, translations, and scoring results are generated automatically and may contain errors. Images may be AI-enhanced or AI-generated (such cases are marked). The original materials and statements prevail.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the website content, developer materials, or AI outputs. Nothing herein excludes liability that cannot be excluded (including towards consumers under mandatory provisions of law).

In case of discrepancies, for consumers habitually resident in Poland the Polish version prevails.
