COOKIES POLICY

Vesteri website and platform · Version 1.1 · Date: 5 August 2026

1. What cookies are and who uses them

Cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, pixels, tags) are used by Time2Show, Inc. (Vesteri brand) and — with your consent — our partners. Legal basis: the Polish telecommunications/electronic communications provisions implementing the ePrivacy Directive, and the GDPR.

2. The vesteri.com website

The website uses strictly necessary cookies only: it remembers the language you select (NEXT_LOCALE, up to 12 months) and relies on the infrastructure cookies our hosting provider sets for security and bot protection. Both are needed to deliver the service you requested and therefore require no consent.

We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores no cookies and no identifiers on your device.

Because the website sets no cookies that require consent, it displays no consent banner and offers no cookie preference panel.

3. The Vesteri webinar platform

The categories below apply to the Vesteri webinar platform. From the moment it launches, they will be handled through a consent mechanism.

On your first visit to the platform we will display a banner with equal options: Accept all / Reject all / Manage preferences — with no pre-ticked boxes. You will be able to change your choices at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link. Should we ever introduce cookies requiring consent on the website itself, we will roll out the same mechanism there and update this policy beforehand.

Regardless of the above, you can delete or block cookies in your browser; blocking strictly necessary ones may prevent use of the services.

4. Recipients

Infrastructure and analytics providers serving the website (currently Cloudflare). Once advertising campaigns and the platform go live, also Meta Platforms Ireland, Google Ireland/Google LLC, TikTok Technology Ltd. and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Co. — to the extent described in the Privacy Policy (sections 7–8).

In case of discrepancies, for consumers habitually resident in Poland the Polish version prevails.
