1. What cookies are and who uses them
Cookies and similar technologies, including localStorage and analytics tags, are used by Time2Show, Inc. (Vesteri brand), 1111B S Governors Ave STE 20579, Dover, Delaware 19904, USA. Privacy enquiries: privacy@vesteri.com. Our Privacy Policy explains personal data processing.
Necessary cookies deliver the service you request. Optional Google Analytics and HubSpot tools are loaded only with your consent, under Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024. The legal basis for processing the associated personal data is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
2. Necessary cookies and statistics without cookies
The website remembers your selected language (NEXT_LOCALE, up to 12 months) and uses hosting infrastructure cookies for security and bot protection. When you use an account or the Affiliate Program, session cookies and cookies needed for that program may also apply. The banner does not disable those functions.
We store your choices in browser localStorage under vesteri-cookie-consent for 180 days. This record contains the settings version, your category choices and the time of your choice. It remembers consent and is not an advertising identifier. If browser storage is unavailable, your choices apply during the current visit and may need to be selected again.
Cloudflare Web Analytics stores no cookies or identifiers on your device. It does not depend on enabling optional Google analytics.
3. Optional analytics — Google Analytics
With consent to the “Analytics” category, we load Google Analytics 4 for www.vesteri.com (ID G-BQC3M4ED9E). It helps analyse visits, page views and website usage. It may process a browser identifier, device, browser and language information, visited pages, referral sources and approximate location.
Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_BQC3M4ED9E cookies. Our website configuration limits their lifetime to 180 days; this period may renew during website use. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalization. Analytics consent does not grant consent to Google's advertising features.
Before consent, we do not download the Google Analytics script or send events to it, including cookieless events. Rejecting the analytics category keeps the tool disabled.
4. Optional marketing — HubSpot
With consent to the “Marketing” category, we load HubSpot for interaction measurement and marketing support. It may process information about visited pages, referral sources, devices and website interactions.
HubSpot may use cookies including hubspotutk and __hstc (usually up to 6 months), __hssc (approximately 30 minutes) and __hssrc (session). If communication features are available, they may also use messagesUtk (usually up to 6 months). Details depend on the available HubSpot features and configuration. The HubSpot tracking code is not downloaded before consent.
Consent to this category does not itself subscribe you to a newsletter or grant any separate consent required for marketing messages.
5. Giving, changing and withdrawing consent
On your first visit, choose “Reject optional”, “Customize settings” or “Accept all”. Analytics and marketing are disabled by default and can be selected independently. Continuing to browse or closing the settings panel does not grant consent.
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to change or withdraw your choices. Refusal and withdrawal do not restrict access to website content. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
On withdrawal, we stop the relevant tools, remove that category's cookies accessible to the website, and reload the page to remove running provider code. This stops future collection; it does not automatically delete data already sent to a provider. Contact privacy@vesteri.com to exercise your data rights.
After 180 days, we ask you to choose again. Clearing website data in your browser also causes the banner to reappear. You can additionally control cookies through browser settings.
6. Recipients and transfers
Cloudflare provides hosting infrastructure and cookieless statistics. With the appropriate consent, Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC and HubSpot Ireland Limited / HubSpot, Inc. may also receive data through their tools.
These services may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA. Appropriate safeguards include the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified recipients or standard contractual clauses, as applicable to the service and provider terms. This banner covers the identified tools on Vesteri.com. It does not grant consent to additional Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn advertising tools.
7. The Vesteri platform
The platform at vesteri.estalara.com (Vesteri Market, accounts, LIVE presentations) has a separate Cookies Policy and consent mechanism. Choices on Vesteri.com are not automatically shared with that platform.
In case of discrepancies, for consumers habitually resident in Poland the Polish version prevails.
