About us

Who we are

Vesteri is a brand of Time2Show, Inc., a Polish-American startup. For the past few years we have been building technology for the property industry. It started with tools for online presentations and webinars, used by agencies and individual agents. Then came AI, which helps investors and brokerages save time and get information they can rely on. That side of our work runs under the Estalara name.

We built the team from people who have done this before. Engineers with years behind them in software, salespeople who have sold across borders, and licensed real estate agents. The agents keep the rest of us honest about how this market actually works and what the people in it need.

The team

Piotr Nawrocki

CEO

Twenty years in international sales for global corporations. An enthusiast of AI and new technology. He believes that business built to last rests on honest relationships rather than on the offer itself. People buy from people, not from companies.

Rafał Palak

CTO

PhD and lecturer in applied computer science at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Years of research work and hands-on experience building analytical systems, databases and AI models. He is the reason our products do exactly what we say they do.

Krzysztof Świętek

COO

Twenty years of organising concerts and large events, a school of planning with no room for improvisation on opening night. A superb organiser. For several years now he has followed the property market closely and worked in it, learning the trade from the inside. Today, as a licensed real-estate broker, he is our compass. When a product discussion drifts too far from practice, he brings us back down to earth.

Why we are building Vesteri

Real estate is not short of technology. It is short of new questions. The industry keeps refining the same old answers — better listings, better filters, better photos — while the buyer has quietly changed. A generation that runs its whole life through a screen, compares everything, verifies everything, and expects to see before it believes, is still being asked to buy property the way their parents did: from a handful of photos and an assurance that everything is fine.

Nowhere is the gap wider than in cross-border deals. Communication breaks down, processes drag on for weeks, and information arrives incomplete or quietly left out. Someone buying from another country makes one of the biggest financial decisions of their life with less transparency than they get when ordering a pair of shoes online.

This is not to say the in-person visit stopped mattering. Sooner or later you have to see a property with your own eyes — and that moment is not going anywhere. What changed is everything before it: today's buyer wants to reach that moment online. Get to know the market, check out the agent, tour the property live, ask questions, and narrow the choice — all remotely, so the flight is for the decision, not the reconnaissance.

That gap is where Vesteri lives. We exist to make buying property abroad feel ordinary: you can check who you are talking to, view a property live without flying across Europe, and get information you can rely on before you commit.

We believe in what we are building for a simple reason: this is how we would want to buy.
